Short Biography
Mr. Syed Wazir Abbas Rizvi is a seasoned legal practitioner with extensive experience in litigation, legal consultancy, and representation before various courts and specialized tribunals. He obtained his LL.B. from the University of Sindh and commenced his legal practice in 2015.
After obtaining his practicing license, Mr. Rizvi became a member of the Hyderabad District Bar Association. Prior to and during the early stages of his legal career, he gained valuable professional exposure through his association with various companies, firms, and legal practices. His commitment, enthusiasm, perseverance, and strong work ethic enabled him to establish himself in the legal profession and subsequently relocate to Karachi, where he obtained membership of the Karachi Bar Association.
Mr. Rizvi has developed substantial experience in civil, criminal, constitutional, family, commercial, corporate, banking, tax, service, customs, and other specialized legal matters. His ability to understand complex legal issues, adapt to diverse situations, and develop practical legal strategies has enabled him to effectively represent and advise clients across a broad range of matters.
Before establishing Rizvi & Rajput Law Associates, Mr. Rizvi worked with local and multinational law firms, where he assisted senior advocates and handled a wide variety of court matters. His professional experience includes working with Rajput Law Associates, Advocates & Legal Consultants, among other professional organizations.
Mr. Rizvi currently represents clients before the High Court of Sindh, District Courts of Karachi, Hyderabad, and Jamshoro, as well as various Special Courts, Consumer Courts, Labour Courts, and Tribunals. His practice encompasses matters relating to taxation, banking, NAB proceedings, cases involving public servants, service matters, competition law, customs, and Sindh Industrial Trading Estate (SITE), in addition to civil, criminal, constitutional, and family litigation.
